Dispute resolution service terms — draft
Voluntary participation
No person is required to participate. We do not issue binding decisions or compel a response. Any agreement is voluntary.
Suitability screening
We may decline cases involving abuse, stalking, threats, coercion, safeguarding concerns, emergencies, or cases beyond our ability to manage safely.
Fees
Before any payment, we must disclose the exact service supplied, price, timing, cancellation and refund terms, including what happens if an invitation is declined or unanswered. Payment does not guarantee a settlement.
Impartiality and limits
This self-service platform does not provide an accredited mediator, legal representation, or a determination of who is right. It does not certify any outcome as legally enforceable. Any mediated settlement requiring formal legal effect should be checked with independent legal advisers.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality arrangements and exceptions must be agreed before substantive mediation begins. This public website does not promise absolute confidentiality.
